Your Private Experience:
Your Khonsu Tours guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Cairo or Giza at 8:00 AM, or at a time you choose. In a comfortable private vehicle, head straight to the Giza Plateau before it gets busy.
Walk through 4,500 years of history as your guide explains how the pyramids were built, who they honored, and what makes them engineering marvels. We keep the pace relaxed with shaded stops so kids and adults stay comfortable.
You’ll visit the three main pyramids: Khufu, the largest and only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World; Khafre, with its striking casing stones near the top; and Menkaure, the smallest but most detailed. Then stand before the Great Sphinx, carved from a single limestone ridge and guarding the plateau for millennia.
Next, enjoy a short 15-minute camel ride near the pyramids. Our team will take photos of your group with all three pyramids in the background – a perfect family memory.
After your ride, sit down for lunch at a hand-picked local restaurant. Try authentic koshary or choose another Egyptian dish. We can accommodate vegetarian and other dietary needs if you tell us when booking.
Finally, your driver returns you to your hotel in Cairo or Giza. Total tour time: about 4 hours.
