Terms & conditions and Booking Information

 All contracts with Khonsu Tours (KT )are subject to these following terms and conditions

Bookings must be made in advance by e-mail or by submitting our online booking form. By making a booking, the customer confirms that he has understood and has accepted these terms and booking conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking.

Please check your confirmation/invoice carefully as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if you think any details are incorrect.

 Rates are net rates and are non-commissionable. All our arrangements and departure dates are guaranteed.

• No minimum number of guests is needed to guarantee any of KhonsuT ours plans, hotel booking and cruises departures as long as we have confirmed your booking or booking request.

The price we quote at the time of booking, including any increases or reductions applicable at that time, is the price we guarantee.

• Once booked and confirmed, we promise that no fuel or currency surcharges will be added.

Payment Information Rates are per person per night and are quoted in Euros. In addition to Euros, we also accept US Dollars.

Currency exchange rates generally change on a daily basis. The exchange rate will be based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of booking.

When booking one of our services, a deposit of 20% per person must be received within 14 days of the date of the reservation in order to confirm your booking and avoid automatic cancellation.

Final payment is due 45 days before arrival date.

 Full payment applies to bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date.

Failure to receive a final payment on time will subject the booking to cancellation and the imposition of cancellation charges. Bank Details •
