Upon arrival, our Khonsu Tours representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to the Queen Tiyi Boat for embarkation. After completing your check-in, settle into your cabin and enjoy lunch on board while taking in the peaceful scenery surrounding Aswan and Lake Nasser. Depending on your arrival time and the confirmed cruise schedule, additional sightseeing in Aswan may be arranged before or around embarkation. As the afternoon unfolds, take the opportunity to relax on board and watch the Nubian landscape gradually disappear into the distance. Enjoy dinner on the boat and spend your first night surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of Lake Nasser.

After breakfast, begin your first full day of exploration with a visit to the impressive Temple of Kalabsha. Originally constructed during the Roman period over an earlier sacred site, the temple was one of the important monuments rescued and relocated during the Nubian archaeological preservation campaign.
Continue to Beit El Wali, a rock-cut temple associated with Pharaoh Ramesses II, where your Egyptologist guide will introduce you to the ancient scenes and inscriptions preserved inside the monument. Your exploration continues at the Kiosk of Kertassi, an elegant structure distinguished by its columns and classical architectural character.
After visiting these remarkable monuments, return to the Queen Tiyi Boat for lunch and continue sailing deeper into Lake Nasser. Spend the afternoon enjoying the views from the deck as the vast lake stretches between the surrounding desert landscapes. Dinner and overnight will be on board as the cruise continues toward Wadi El Seboua.

Today brings some of the most fascinating archaeological experiences of your Lake Nasser cruise holiday. After breakfast, visit Wadi El Seboua, an impressive archaeological area whose name means “Valley of the Lions,” referring to the avenue of sphinxes that once welcomed visitors to the temple complex. Explore the monuments and learn about the importance of this remote Nubian religious center during the reign of Ramesses II.
Return to the boat and continue sailing toward the Amada area. Later, visit the beautifully preserved Temple of Amada, one of the oldest surviving temples in the Nubian region, and discover its remarkable reliefs and inscriptions. Continue to the Temple of Derr, another important monument associated with Ramesses II, before exploring the Tomb of Pennut, which offers an unusual glimpse into the life of a high-ranking official during the New Kingdom.
