Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand travel plans can change. This policy applies to all tours, day trips, cruises, and multi-day packages booked with Khonsu Tours.

Day Tours & Short Experiences (under 24 hours)

Cancelled 72 hours or more before the tour start time: full refund.
Cancelled between 24–72 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancelled less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

Multi-Day Tours, Cruises & Packages (2+ days)

Cancelled 14 days or more before departure: full refund, minus non-refundable third-party costs already paid on your behalf (e.g. domestic flights, cruise cabin deposits).
Cancelled 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancelled less than 7 days before departure, or no-show: no refund.

How to Cancel

Email khonsutours@outlook.com with your booking reference as soon as possible. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Rescheduling

We're happy to help you reschedule where possible, subject to availability, at no extra fee if requested more than 72 hours (day tours) or 14 days (multi-day tours) before departure.

Changes or Cancellations by Khonsu Tours

If we must cancel or significantly change your tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook another date or experience of equal value.
