These Terms & Conditions govern your booking of tours, cruises, and travel experiences ("Tours") with Khonsu Tours ("we", "us", "our"), based in Cairo, Egypt. By booking a Tour with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us by email. Please check all names, dates, and tour details carefully when you receive your confirmation and let us know immediately of any errors.

2. Payment

Prices are shown per person or per cabin/vessel as indicated on each tour page. All prices include the services explicitly listed as "included"; anything not listed is the traveler's own responsibility (for example personal expenses, gratuities, and optional activities).

3. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you and your fellow travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any travel documentation required for entry into Egypt, and for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time. Khonsu Tours is not responsible for missed activities due to late arrival, incorrect documentation, or failure to meet the guide at the arranged time and place.

4. Changes by Khonsu Tours

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, guides, vehicles, or vessels due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, site closures, security advisories, or operational requirements, while aiming to preserve the overall quality of your experience.

5. Liability

Khonsu Tours acts with reasonable care and skill in arranging and operating your Tour. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Participation in physical activities (such as camel rides, desert excursions, or boarding vessels) is at your own risk; please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or mobility needs.
